Tri might be able to do it, but he needs more weight on the front end. Just go to Dunhams and pick up a barbell set and then weld a 1" bar on the front of the car.

More weight= more traction. That is why the GTP's can do so much!

My car should have a high 10 in it as it went 124 mph last time out and should go faster with a cold air intake and uncapping my restrictive catback. Now if friggen ATD would just get my "bulletproof" mazda rear end put together. Btw the car gets 25mpg+ on the highway, runs on pump gas with no power adders and will be tearing it up at road america in october .

    I'm thinking it's extremely light weight with a standard bolt-on stock LS1

    Thanks for the compliments.

I have never weighed the car, but other's who have done the swap weigh in around 2800 with a similiar setup. The engine has some headwork, mild cam and stock 346 ci lower end. Lots of fun!

Luke is the one that is building my eclipse motor as we speak. The car will be done next week/weekend. 2.3L stroker eagle/ross combo.

Luke is a close friend of mine, and he has been running high to mid 10's on N2O/boost with his old tune. Now retuned he is around 550+ HP at the wheels on boost, and on a 50-shot he dyno'd 625+ at the wheels. All dynos done at Extreme Performance Motorsports in Appleton, WI by Dan Rhodes and Luke.

Beyond Redline Performance is in Depere, WI.

Also, Luke's brother Adam, has a 1G just like his running decent 11-second runs on a evo III 16G setup.

I know a guy who had a triple rotor in his rx7 which put down some serious power. Car weighed in with a cage, full interior and some stereo equipment at 2700lbs. Not sure what gen it would be considered. Its corvette blue with red gran sport tick marks. Car is HOT! Wide body kit deep dish rims. He just sold that motor and is currently building a ls2. He is not sure if it will be single turbo or twin turbo. Motor should be done soon id think.

That car is badass. I talked to Mark awhile back and got him in touch with a friend who owns an ls1/t56 2nd gen, for a ride. He must have liked it!

    He's going with a boosted ls2?
