I need to find a relay for my Summit mini fridge. It's pretty old, 1980's or so.
This is the relay:

Compressor is rated for 13.3 locked rotor amps (when the motor stops spinning). FLA is full load amps. So find a 15a 115v continuous duty relay and you're good to go. How many wires go to the relay? It's probably NO SPST contactor technically (a contactor is a glorified heavy duty relay designed for switching high currents) unless it has a starting capacitor (usually compressors do because usually they're hermetically sealed synchronous motors in with them). You never know with cheap shit though.
That was the most I've used my EE degree in a year...
Buy made in the United States. Otherwise your job might be next. Unless you already wear black shoes and a visor with golden arches on it to work in which case your fellow american has already failed you.
That was 95% French to me :P
3 wires going to it if I remember right.

Probably grounds through the case. So, there will be a trigger wire (probably like 16-18 gauge) coming from the thermostat. There will be a power wire (source) and the feed to the electric motor.

So I took off the relay today (finally), on the back it has a yellow wire going to a spade terminal, and a green going to a spade terminal. On the housing I removed it from, is a black wire.
The relay has 3 holes on the other side (pictured), which fit into the housing 3-prong connection.
Not sure how to look it up online, tried a few basic searches that led nowhere.
