Look at the size of his rear sprocket. The flywheel acts like a gyroscope at higher RPM. If you put a HUGE rear sprocket on and run the bike at 4K min rpm, you could use throttle control to lay it on frame sliders and pick it back up. Kinda like those guys do at Road America during intermission at the AMA races.
