Does anyone ever do anything with these, or are they better off left stock?
Just curious.

Check on dieselplace.com there is a small following there. You can get a tune, bigger turbos, down pipes, lower the compression and crank up the boost... You put a ton into them and don't get a whole lot back though when you compare it to a dmax

You can do the usual intake, exhaust, ect. the biggest ehaust restriction is the cross over pipe and DP, the 6.5s are hard to make perform.... you can do a resistor on the maf i beleive, and get the ECU reprogrammed, but you still dont gain much.
