FS: PS3, 12 games, 2 controllers, etc.

Well, unemployment BLOWS and I don't really play this anymore so it's next to go. I have Gran Turismo 5: Prologue, COD4, Madden '09, GTA IV, MLB 08 The Show, Skate 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Rockband, Guitar Hero Legends of Rock, Guitar Hero Metallica, Guitar Hero World Tour, and Killzone 2. Skate2, COD4 and Rock Band Metallica have never even been played. I also have the guitar, drum set, microphone etc needed for Rockband. I am missing the "hub" i guess its called or whatever is needed in order to use all the instruments. The PS3 itself is the 40gb version and it was purchased a little over a year ago with not too much playing time on it. $300 for the sytem with the 2 controller, $30 for any of the game except rockband, which I'll sell for $75
