    My fathers 1960 vette

    My father has owned it since 1961. Was fully restored back in 98' - 99'. Drives like a dream.

    My father might let me take it to the Solid gold carshow on sunday. So if you guys want to see it in person heres your chance. My father only takes it out on the weekends and rarely drives it. he also owns a 57' belair with a 396ci motor. I will take pics soon of the 57' when it comes back from the shop. The tranny blew in it.

    Beautiful car. We used to have a 67 stingray up until last year. We sold the vette and purchased a 94 viper. Both have their pro's and con's. Really miss that car.

    My dad also used to own a Silver 76 Vette with a modded 427ci engine with chrome side pipes under the doors. Paid $7,000 for it. Fun car to drive. He had it for about a month. Then the original owner called him to sell it back. Course my dad said sure I'll sell it back to you...but for 2g's more....... He took it.


    This weekend 9-24 I am going to VOLO car mueseum. My father is looking to buy another vette. Like a ZR1 or maybe a Chevelle 454. Wonder what they will have in the show rooms. I haven't been there in a while since he bought the 57 chevy belair.
