I just got a 1990 Chevy s10 blazer 4x4, 2 doors.
I’m looking for some good s10 websites for more info on this truck.

I own a custom shop in Portage WI, and do a ton of LT1 and 383 stroker swaps in S-10's and post articles with pics how to do it.

have you ever seen or done a swap to put a deisel in an s10? Like maybe the 6.5 turbo deisel that was in the fullsize trucks before the dmax. Ive been thinking about this alot lately with the rising gas prices. I think it would be an awesome swap, smaller 4x4 truck that would get like 35 mpg, and have a ton of torque.

i dont care about the hijacking but that would be cool to see a s10 with a bunch of black smoke coming out of its 4" exhaust , ive found that one and s10forums. thanks madmike

There was a guy on www.sportruck.com a few years ago attempting to do a diesel swap, don't know if he ever got it to fit. But it would be different and get some props at the shows! My LT1 4X4 Trucks get better gas milage than the 4.3ltr, if your not doing 4 wheel drive burn-outs all the time! takes less throttle to get them going, and no drag on the engine thats for sure!
