Unhappy Fan fuse blew yesterday, now the ignition and fan fuse!

I had some major work done about a month ago, head gaskets, rockers, plugs, etc and everything was working fine until yesterday. I was at a stop light and saw that my Temp was going up until I started moving again. Once home, I found that my fans weren't turning on and that the fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse and everything was ok until this morning, I was backing out of the driveway and the car died. I checked the same fuse which was blown and also the ignition was was blown too. Any ideas on this one??

    Thanks

Check for wires/harness running up against the exhaust manifolds/headers.

Check the engine grounds at the back of the engine too, If all those arent on alot of weird stuff will start to happen.
