    4th of july parade

I just saw this forum, is it new or something? Anyway, I'll put something in here. This is my car in the 4th of July parade here in Pensacola Fl. The local F body club down here is in it every year, and I got to throw candy at kids.

Car looks mean! What Fbody club is that? I used to hang out with the South Florida Fbody club way back when it first started.

It's Gulf Coast F Body Association, GCFBA. I've been stationed in SC for the last 4 years, and now I'm here in Pensacola for 8 months before I head back to SC. I hooked up with some of these guys at the track about a week ago. Glad to hear that there's a F body club here after I'm used to hanging out with the one in SC!

HaHa, thanks. And what tips are you talking about? There's 2 setups in those pics. The pic with the stock wheels was when I was trying something a little different to get away from the "cookie cutter F body". Everyone knows what I'm talking about when I say "cookie cutter F body". I had the tips comming out the side behind the rear wheels for about a month, but ditched that for the dual tips out the back as in the first pic.

I think he was referring to the pic with the dual "rain catchers" out back. Something you don't see on a LS1 that often.

Ha, "rain catchers". I've never heard that one. Now that I look at the pic, they do look a little weird on the car. They look better in person, if you ask me. Hummm, everyone usuly likes those tips.

I guess they are "genaric", if that's the right term. I mean they did come from the exhaust shop, I didn't order them or anything. They just had them in stock. I don't even know what brand they are. I was thinking about the Corsa tips, but since I don't have a Corsa catback, I thought it would be stupid. And I do kid of like these ones.
