you could always 'try' the Paintshop Pro v.9 on Limewire or any file sharing thinger... it has a built in animation shop.

haha, i got the trial version of Ulead GIF Animator 5 off of download.com and it's pretty cool. been messing around ever since.

Go on google and type in gif editor.
Then when you get the gif done right click on it and hit save as.
