Yes these were taken during practice and qualifying on Saturday at the SBC 250.
PonyKiller: I do have a couple of shots that did completely freeze the action although they look really really lame

umm i highly doubt it the track record is like 122.xxxx so maybe 120 but if it was during the race or practice they were probably only going 100-118 but verry nice pics. very nice.Remeber they were doing about 120-140mph when these were shot
The track record was also broken that day. I don't know honestly exactly what speed they were going. 100-120 sounds right. Whatever it was fairly fast
