    Personally, I'd go for the 70-74 variants...less smog crap to rip out, and less weight as well.

    I like it, but personally the 70-73 is the best. That is a power house under that hood though.

    Are those "paint to match" rally rims original? I've seen them painted on the full size cars but never a firebird...I was actualy thinking of painting mine to match on my '70.

    orange one is better. i love 2nd gen 6.6 or sd's. last year a jefferson a guy had a 74 midnight blue 455 shaker scoupe with a 4 speed in damn near mint condition for 10g's. to bad i didn't have it. wasn't a sd but still had the big block. t/a's in general are the ****. looking to get a history book on them but have only found picture books. i want to know everything about them. guess i should look online. anyone got any suggestions?
