Road & Track test 5 different mustangs...
To sum it up:
1. The v6 convertible wasn't a slouch...it won't be hard to figure out that v6 coupes won't be too shabby. Faster than most true stock 5.0 GT I would imagine, but of course, without the potential. Funny that some modded v6's now are only running what the new ones are running box-stock.
2. Then they test the steeda(335hp), regular GT (300hp), saleen (325hp), and GT-R (440hp) with some interesting, but not wholely surprisng results....
3. They throw in a test of a really neat car to boot.

Long article, but it was some great reading!
Now I really want an '05 GT. In stock form it does 0-60 in 4.5 sec & the qtr in 13.5... WOW!

a stock 4.0l V6 in a '05 makes more hp then a 5.0l in a stock '93
