Dodge Pickup with exhaust exiting FENDER?

Saw a post whining about " Who saw what " or whatever, so heres mine.

It was awesome, great, and gay all at the same time -

Saw a Dodge pickup, newer body style, it had a mini stack comming out between teh bottom of the fender and the top of the wheel on the passenger side. He needs to put a flat top flapper on the top of it, and big ass airhorns

I see guys do it to keep the exhaust plumes from other cars etc in traffic...guys that routinely race their deisels may also do it to keep from affecting the timing lights...there are more reasons...but those are the two I know of.

theres a thing called being different, some people like to be like that. he had dual 6" stacks and took em off, he is sometimes known to offroad also

I think it looks retarded personally, but the reason for it is to keep the nasty black smoke off other vehicles then I give him props

Cant we all just get along. Personally i think the truck is cool as hell, the cop look is cool and the civic is tasetfully done for a civic.
