    Black mustang "its slow"

    I saw a 99-04 black GT with the license plate that says "its slow".....well it was loud and sounded like as*. It had a tach w/shift light on the dash and possibly I heard a little whine under the hood. Anyone seen this car. It was obnoxiously loud and sounded almost as bad as an LS1 with loudmouth on it.
