    Grand Prix questions

    FIrst off what trans is in mine ?It is a 97 GP/GT 3800.
    Second does anyone know of any bone yards with these cars in them i need a power window switch for the drivers side.Oh yea it's a 2door

    I ran one in my 2002GTP



    APPLICATIONS:

    * 1997-current Grand Prix GTP, GT, CompG
    * 1997-current Regal GS
    * 1997-current Bonneville SSEi
    * 1997-current other applications using the 4T65E-HD transaxle
    * 1998-current Monte Carlo
    * 1998-current other applications using the 4T65E (non -HD) transaxle
    * 2000-Current Impala
    NOT applicable for the 4T60E

    was it worth it?

    does a shift kit help save on trans parts or just bring it to its knees faster?

    I am thinking about it cause it is easy to install and cheap plus i don't have that lil button on my shifter for perfomance shift or what ever it is called

    the "Performance Shift" button doesnt do crap unless you have a re-programmed PCM
