ordered my TH400 crossmember through there and other little things. Have talked to Nick and Chris on many occasions.

Anybody can say anything at anytime. When I talked to them about an engine, they guaranteed that it would be done by a certain date and if it wasn't, they said it'd be free. They gave a realistic time period for an engine build, not something like 5 months so you know they'd get it done in that period.
Guess it's like anything else in this world. If you know the people, have a connection, live locally, are known by many on better boards, etc, you get special treatment. Thank god my God Parents live somewhat close to them.
