Question new wipers only from dealer?!

So my brother (96 bird) just paid $100 for new wipers/arms at the stealership, says it's the only place you can get them from since the arm hook is rightside-up or something like that, and all the replacement wipers are upside-down?
Is this true? Does no one make a replacement?

Anco makes them for 4th gen f-bodies. AutoZone sells them, 10 bucks a piece.

$100 is a rip for wiper blades. There has to be something somewhere.

rockauto has the wiper arms for $27 a peice, plus the $10 a peice for blades, so its was a $30 install fee
