Anyone with an epoxy garage coating with non-slip mind demo'ing for me?

Closing on a new place and want to epoxy our garage floor, but have to be able to walk through rain and snow without me, her or the kids killing themselves. I've seen "shark grip" mentioned or any other solution. I know it makes it less appealing and harder to clean, but without it there's no chance of us both agreeing to it. Can bring a 12'r of your choice

we used the rustoleum stuff from Menards, and then used the flakes. We laid it down in our photobooth at the dealership. Seems to be holding up well after 2 years of repeated cars in and out, and with snow and water on it, it has some decent grip. we did not use the sand particles in it, just the flakes. I love up in Rhinelander, so it'd be kind of a hike, but thought i would offer some info on it.
