Any interest in an older TDI? Cheap daily/good winter car?

Contemplating if I want to move the 1996 Passat to WI or sell it here. No way I can handle three cars anymore (especially with moving to Kansas). The claims about 50+ highway and 40+ city are no joke. I've gotten a tad over 900 miles on a tank before that was 100% highway mileage.
