Does anyone have an 18mm socket i can borrow?
Im trying to change plugs on a 92 katana 600 and i can't find the right socket unless i buy the tool kit straight from suzuki.
18mm are you sure about that size?
I never needed a special tool to change the plugs on my 96 Bandit 600...should be the same engine...maybe you have the wrong plugs installed, but my magnetic 5/8" spark plug tool from Autozone works great, all 4 plugs can be changed without removing anything.

Yeah most import engines use a 16mm or 5/8" socket. Ive seen older imports have that large 13/16" plug and of course the PIA plugs on the Ford engine using 9/16".
check impact sockets, they often come in uncommon sizes
