Drove into a storm on our way back from the Half Mile shootout in Monee.. I hydroplaned and hit a guardrail multiple times....

We sat there for almost an hour before the state troopers showed up.....The sad part is, we had already decided we weren't going to brave the storm and my girlfriend had already looked up nearby hotels.... .. We were just an exit away from our hotel of choice travelling at 50 mph or so when this happened. I guess it didn't help that i still had my ET streets on the car instead of my street tires......

All in all, we both walked away with not so much as a scratch and that's what counts...
