eextremeteam Ultimate 22- aka squirel tamer II

Although the vin reads 1988, Eric's Marlin model 60 shows a little wear and tear. Luckily the barrel bore is shiny clean!
His model is the last of the 22" barrels before the 19" was introduced. Has newer "last shot hold open" but still retains
the long feed tube (17rnds not 14). Most desirable of the model 60's ,only made for a few years in late 80's.

As it arrived, stock is being massaged the woodworking shop:

So stripped down to receiver, barrel unpinned, paint removed, bolt polished and trigger work begins:

The Marlin 60's are outstanding grouping guns stock, little trigger work and paint to come next!

Weak link on any rimfire is the little 3/8" dovetail, I sneak up on torquing them and recheck often.
