New lower price on these fiberglass ladders at Home Depot. Went and picked one of these up yesterday since this is the cheapest I have seen it in store. Beats Farm n Fleet's price which is usually really good. Its the lighter recommended weight (225lbs) but if you have ever looked at these, they are very good quality ladders. I have the 8' 300lb version and love it. Just passing this along in case anyone has been looking for one.
