    New Guy Intro

New guy in town - not sure if I had to do an intro, but here it is.

Moved here for work from Columbus, Ohio. Kirks5oh told me about this site. Will be all over the state selling steel, but living in Wauwatosa for now.

Current rides are a 2005 King Ranch F150 and company car 2010 Fusion.

Love the truck, but cannot justify keeping it with a free car so it will be up for sale soon. Wanting to pick up a project car once I move into a place with a big garage. I love cars with engines that don't belong in them. LSX FD RX7, old mustang with a 03 cobra motor, etc.

    Some more of the truck

    Then rides from the past.

These were my first two cars

Only picture I could find. Mustang was slow as hell. 289 2 barrel with an auto. Good looking car though. Del sol (I was 16 and will never own a FWD fun car again) had a t04e turbo. My first real project.

Had a R6 for a while, but going fast on 2 wheels isn't for me. If I get another it will be a bobber or WWII bike.

And then here is a coffee table I built.

Looking forward to living here though, I have really enjoyed it so far. Once I get a worthy car Ill be at some shows. Not sure about the racing that goes on here, but always down for that as well.

Also, looking for a shop to install two o2 sensor bungs on the f150 so if anyone has a local suggestion please let me know. I have all the parts, just need the exhaust dropped and the bungs welded on. Last shop I took it to welded me up a down pipe, but forgot to install all 4 sensors.

    Cheers

    Craig

That's pretty ridiculous. I've actually had my eye on a set of those wheels for a while.

Everyone else - thanks for the welcome. Still looking for a shop if anyone has a recommendation.

I took my truck to COR to get my exhaust work done. I could not have asked for a better experience. From quality work to working around my schedule Ron really came through for me.

If anyone is interested the truck is now for sale.

    Thanks again Ron!

I figured I would bump this as quite a bit has changed since I last posted. Truck and car are gone replaced with a truck a few more cars.

I am in the middle of a V8 swap for my E30. I have a roller 1998 540i 6 speed that I bought that had the motor replaced and the body was in rough shape. I am going to use the motor/trans/wiring to put it in my E30. I put in my two weeks at work recently and have a week break between the old and new job so I am hoping to get that 95% completed over that time.

I sold my truck since I never drove it and moved downtown, but recently moved back to the burbs so I picked up a good running F250. My old company also took away my company car so I needed a new DD. I thought a 2006 CTS-V would be a good fit since I still needed a 4 door to take clients out in. Looking to mildly modify it - anything that can improve HP and mileage funny enough since she will be seeing 30k miles/year.

Since so much had changed in the stable I figured I would check back in here. Hopefully with the new fun car and E30 close to being done I will be able to make it to an event or two before the weather turns.
