I have had great luck with the customer service there. I had a nightmare of a problem when i put new tires on my wife's dodge magnum. Apparently the balancer was screwed up and I had a wicked vibration. They rebalanced them at least 2-3x. We even went as far as to try a totally different set of tires. In the end I had them balanced at an independent shop and they were WAY off at discount tire. I can say they reimbursed me for the balancing that I had to have done elsewhere, and in the end (despite the hassles) they were very patient and got things squared away.
