Sad to see him go, he transended just the Fords he will be remembered for. Omni GLHS's that run 10's are a site to see!
RIP Mr. Shelby...wow, never even heard that he was ill. Sad day for all car enthusiast...the fact he could make fwd mopars into what they were is a testament to how good he was
I actually had been curious to see how he aged and lived given that he had a heart transplant some 20+ years ago.
Now I'm extra motivated to finish the CSX now...just need to scrap up a front and rear skirt and get 'em painted.

Gotta be honest between Carroll and jack I'm not sure who was more fun to cart around EAA,beside being a very nice person and loving to hang with the Mustang Peeps he also created the Carroll Shelby Foundation for kids to help with needed transplants as he himself was a heart transplant recipient. RIP
Glad to have met you as many times as I did thank you. I feel very lucky.
