It's been a year or two since the last Home Inspector post so are there any new recommendations? The house is a small Cape Cod in West Allis if that matters at all. The two names I found on the forums so far is Barry Jones and Mark Furst. Thanks

I was VERY happy with my inspector, I was referred to him by one of my fiance's friends... he's a carpenter and just bought a place in Muskego.
He charged a flat rate under like 1900 sq ft or something ($300 within 45 mins of milwaukee if I recall), and because the owner had a basement inspection done already (there was work recently done), he gave me a discount and didn't bother re-covering that ground.
