For this generation body it's pretty clean worst part is the tailgate, and the driver fender corner the front bumper has a crack in it which you can see in the video

De-douche it by taking the stickers off and if you're ambitious use some Dupont No 7 polishing compound on the rust. It will still be there but it won't stick out as bad.
Buy made in the United States. Otherwise your job might be next. Unless you already wear black shoes and a visor with golden arches on it to work in which case your fellow american has already failed you.
