FREE: 55 Gal Drums 1 has waste oil 1 has coolant

I have (2) 55 gal steel drums sitting behind my garage.

1 is about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way full of waste/drain oil, some diesel, some heating oil, may be a tad bit of gas but not much.

1 has coolant / water in it. this one is about 1/4 of the way full.

I used these to store stuff when working on my cars, I don't need them any more. If nobody wants them they will be hauled to the dump... Does anyone know if the dump will take the coolant one or do I need to take that somewhere special?
