Where does it say the low 13's thing? With a 305 TBI I doubt he can break 14's at all on pure motor. Gears and headers might make it go mid 15's or even low if it launches well and whatnot.....but if hes claiming 13's let alone 14's....

lol.. ya 13's w/ a 305. i ran a 16.7 with my pos.. (granted its carberated and has 200+ and burns/leaks oil and no exhaust) but come on.. ill be happy to run low 13's with my 383 im building. . . (hopefully 350+ hp at the wheels)
