clean 88' Camaro at Al's(salvage yard)

I just got back from Al's and there is a clean 88' black Camaro with silver ground effects and gray interior that they just got in. 305 TBI car with 700-r4. When I was there someone was removing the bucket seats and I took the alternator(serp. car ) and A/C delete pulley....yep, A/C delete car . Was hit in front but doors are rust free or very good anyways from my quick one over(bottom edge on passenger side was good). HTH some in parts quests! For those who know Al's the parts won't last very long at all!

Thanks for the head up on that, I will have to go take a look at it on sat or sunday, I still have a few little pieces here and there that I would like to find.

Not sure where that thing went because we walked the whole place and didnt see it. But I did find more of the interior pieces that I was looking for.

It was in front of the office somewhat but I wouldnt be suprised if it was moved to f-body hill already. Had a very nice gray interior. I doubt someone bought the whole thing but who knows. If you asked the guy he probably would of known what it was too...he mentioned to me that parts were probably going to fly off that thing since it was pretty clean.

Actually I bought the whole car but some jacka$$ snagged the spoiler, dash pad, and column out of it before I picked it up!! Not a happy camper was I...So anyone have a nice black dash pad for sale? I can do without the spoiler I suppose and I can repaint my column.

I saw the Camaro Friday when I went there, it was in the back of the yard like Memphis said without the spoiler and a few other things, motor was gone too...doors are still there and some good stuff.

Car is currently at my shop minus the afformentioned pieces. Also, some knob dented the passenger door. Gonna pull the doors and whats left of the interior, maybe some bits and pieces for my car, then its back to the yard for it.

I'm curious how much did they charge you for it? I'm always interested in what they want for some of their cars...

Sorry to see it made its way into the yard, dented bodies/doors always seem to occur when they forklift it and toss the cars around .
