with a hud property they normally let owner occupant get a crac at it first, then if they dont get an offer or one they accept its open to whoever. Most hud properties are auction style like you have untll friday te 21st to get your bid in. you will need to find a HUD certified agent weather they work for you or the seller.
keep in mind that the bid is not legally binding and that almost all hud properties are in need of work. So go look at it, find the listing agent and get your bid in. My agent (Mary Edwards) is a hud certified and her number is 414-899-9307, tell her anthony rec you if u decide to call. She keeps u updated is super patient expecially since I wanted to know everything and asked plenty questions and stays on these people for you to get answers and get stuff done.
