Preferably 3.23s, it's been awhile so I forgot what the differences are between the years. It's a TPI so I probably won't want to go above 3.23 for an old daily driver.

I have a 9 bolt, with disc brakes, posi and 3.27 gears in my car now, that I would let go for $300, but I won't have time to get it out of the car for about 2 weeks.

I've got one out of a 95 camaro. One inch wider than the third gen rear sawzalled thru everything so you have all the bolts. It came from a v6 car so I think it's a lower gear ratio, but not %100 positive. Asking $100.00, its a drum drake setup, so nothing special, I just bra Ed it for a project I. Not going to do now.
Time is like a bullet form behind, It will catch up and kill you when you least expect it, so live for the moment....Covenant....
fyi a 4th gen rear is 4 inches wider(2 " per side )than a 3rd gen. Stock 3rd gen wheels would stick out quite a bit beyond the wheelwells.

I thought about a 4th gen rear for 2 seconds, but I already have 7 inch thirdgen wheels/tires for winter. Thank you though.

Had the 4th gen ss rear in my 91 third gen, it looked great with stock rims. Posi disc was cool also think it was 3.42 gears so if you go that route let me know i have the speedo gears for the 700r4 you can have for free.

I ended up going with new internals. If I switched over to discs, I would have to replace the master cylinder, get bigger brake lines, etc. That and buying a used rear end, I wouldn't know how long it would last, and be in the same spot again soon.
