    Does a 1994 still have to go for vehicle registration tests?

    Just wondering if I still need to do the old register in Walworth trickeroony or if that's not valid anymore. Last I heard the vehicle was exempt from any sniff tests and just has standard vehicle registration and renewals.

    In Milwaukee they don't do sniff but still do the odb plug in. IDK if its all odb or just odb II and newer.

    1994 dosnt need to go through the test. That is still OBD I.
