What apeared to be an open carry setup was just that, I can think of better venue's to make a point other than church's.

What she was arrested for was a loaded gun uncased in her car. Charges were not filed but that was very illegal and ignorant on her part. But since she was unlawfully searched cause someone reported her legally oc in church they had no probable cause to pull her over and search her car.

You c ant open the booze and drink it at Walmart, so it would still be legal That law applies to establishments that sell for consumption( such as bars / restaurants ), no?

I think you are correct, if I remember the phrase, it is something like, "it's illegal to open carry where alcohol is sold and consumed"

I could be wrong but I think that is how it reads.
