    she didnt bring the charges against him though, in fact she didnt even say anything about it! it was friends of her allegedly that found the pics and sent them into deadspin. I hope she does sue his ass, funny that the nfl dragged their feet long enough for him to be close to retire so that they couldnt suspend him even with actual PROOF.

    I hope Jen does send the pics and info to TMZ if anything to embarrass him publicly. The 50k fine is a joke. The NFL knows it and somdoes Brett. He probably was cracking up when he reached into his change jar to grab the cash. This was a failure by the NFL. I hope we see more of the story now that basically nothing was done

    Because what was being investigated would have been an example of a violation of the NFL's "workplace conduct" policy...perhaps having to do with both workplace romance/relationship policies and/or harassment policies.

    Plus, the NFL does have a personal conduct policy...but that mostly entails criminal behavior, of which harassment could rise to the level of such, though doesn't appear to have in this case.
