Blackhawk raceway solo

Did anyone here go to the solo1 at blackhawk raceway?

I have to say that I had more fun driving on that track than any other time in a car. The only bad part was when my brakes faded and my car began to spin on turn 6. I regained control; I was surprised that I could do that so easily.

what date was that? july 24th?

i was there july 24th, for the MC Midwestern Council High Speed Autocross,
not solo.

i have been posting about this for a while now!

i did everyone last year,
this is my second year into it!!!!!!!

Well, I got more of a kick out of that than I did in a 9 sec car. My best was 5th on my third run, and that was on cheap all-season tires. As for time, my best was my 4th run. I have it written down, but it was around 1:40.070.

MC is also offering a drivers school in a few weeks and I am signed up for it.
