    i love my directv. yeah i do lose signal in bad weather however thats what a dvr is made for. their customer service has always been very polite and fixed any issues i have had which has been very minimal in the 5 years i have had them. however if i had to choose i would have uverse but they don't offer it in my neighborhood.

    Yep cost me $160 to buy out my "contract" that should have ended over 2 years prior. But the money I saved going to Dish Network made up for it. I get all the channels I want, for less.
