i will get you guys my buddy's number. he redid the floors at my other house. used to work for schmidt flooring. my wife has the number i'll get it from her.

once you rent the sander, discs, poly etc its sometimes cheaper to just pay to have someone do them. I don't think its that hard to do but VERY messy/dusty.

2 people I work with used this place and were extremely happy. Royal Wood 378-206six.
I think it was $2 or $2.50 a sq ft. Trust me I have done a floor at my house, I rented 2 sanders and all, and it is well worth it to pay someone to do it.2002 F150 supercrew- st8 pipe, SCT-3 w/custom tunes

I would not recommend Schmidt Custom Floors in Waukesha.
Had them install some floors last year. Install was good but they overlooked a lot of things before they finished the floors.
Then when I pointed out the things they forgot , I was told "that is the industry standard"
You would think after laying off half of there workers they would make a job look better than "ok"..............
