Window Replacement/Installation

Any local recommendations? Not looking for super fancy windows, but want to replace one that is rotted away in the exposed basement wall with a crank-out or sliding window and then one in the garage before winter.

My only concern with that is doing it properly (no leaks) because it will need to be completely re-framed within the blocks. It's also a really big window (80.75" long x 48" high).



Plus after hiring a company to fix the sunroom, having a warranty/guarantee is really nice. The company we hired for that did a really nice job for a really nice price.
