    th 350 trans

hy guys i got a question on my buddys 1983 buick regal that he put in a chevy 350 with a turbo 350 trans. last night we were working on taking the old v6 wiring and the computer out of the car. i noticed that there are two wires that are going down to mthe trans and go into the pcm. now i not sure what the two wires are for i thought a th 350 had no electronics on it the only thing that i think it is is a reverse switch or a nuetral saftey switch let me know thanks much cj

A TH350c had a torque converter clutch in it. The plug is near the gear selector input.

How many pins does the connector have and where is it at?

They also had other weird shit on them including a pressure switch for TCS but I think this was done by the late 70s. They also had them for ESC. They briefly had temperature sensors also, they did this to keep the transmission from locking up the torque converter until the coolant sensor on the water neck got warm enough. At one time these were all vacuum switches, which was a complete clusterfsck.
Buy made in the United States. Otherwise your job might be next. Unless you already wear black shoes and a visor with golden arches on it to work in which case your fellow american has already failed you.
