    '93 coupe...

I decided/realized my Mustang had to much rust to fuck with. The cost of rust repair out weighed the cost of a solid car. So I hit CL looking to see what a good rust free cars/rollers were going for. Found this. Needs a little body work and paint, but this thing has zero rust. I like coupes, but wasn't looking for one at all. Figured they'd cost more than I wanted to spend. Clean steel was a bigger selling point than the trunk. It's a 4cyl/5spd car. Grey guts.

My hatch will be getting stripped, all the performance parts/upgrades swapped over. Then throwing what ever is left away. Coupe is getting the black interior from my '90, the IRS I have laying around and a fresh 306. I want to do a t56, but we'll see what the budget allows. Not sure on wheels yet, but I'm leaning towards '04/'03 Cobra's.

The rears I currently have plain old wont work with the IRS, so they are getting sold. I may end up buying another set in the correct sizing, but I have a set of rims that will work until I decide.

I think that yellow coupe's rims are Saleens. Not a fan of them.

No. It's gonna stay red, with factory badging in place, and either 5.0 badges or tri-bar & pony badges added to the front fenders.

I got this thing on a lift the other day. Pfft. Stupid clean underneath. I was standing under it grinning like i was looking up Katy Perrys skirt. I'm thinking about POR15 or undercoating it just to make it pretty, but I don't know if I wanna go through the trouble since it doesn't really need it.

If you're stripping it down, why not? If you don't plan on doing the whole body, full on resto/restification, don't bother...the tiny benefit won't be worth the work, especially since this car probably will see at most a tiny bit of rain, nearly no salt.

This is the underside. I'd like to clean it up and make it pretty since having IRS it's gonna have people sticking their heads under it.
