    Yukon Oil Level Sensor

Now I need one of these? Sheez--every week something else goes wrong with this thing.

Any parts hook up on 2007 6.2 oil level sensor?

I think its just screwed into the pan? Common sence would put it there but gm only used that to build the ls motors lol

As it turns out, the oil level sensor is fine, but the wire going into the harness was not. It was cut somehow--probably during the last service which was for a leaking rear main seal.

A little cutting, splicing and some heat shrink tubing and VOILA! Problem solved. Oil Level Low indicator on display disapeared!

Glad I looked and pulled on some wires which presented the real issue.

Thanks for the offers on the parts!
