Thought I would post this up for those that might find the fight later down the road. Some of us own some "older" bikes that have decals on them that may have been there a while and if you are going to take them off that damned adhesive can be a bear to get off.

With my bike I tried goo gone, 3m adhesive remover, wd40, denatured alcohol and that crap just wasnt going to come off. The local bumper to bumper store sold a wheel that others mentioned on other boards that goes into your drill.

This thing was $30 but worth every penny in the hassle/time it saved me. Simply peels the junk right off and didnt harm the clear coat at all. Looking forward to using this on other projects.

Its made by motor guard and is called magna stripe eliminator
