    WTB: LT1 Engine or Core

Well after finding out my block was cracked and my Fiance not wanting to sell it (she wants it in the wedding photos) puts me in the market for a LT1/4 core or engine.

I'd prefer a core since I have most of the parts and I'm not going to spend a arm and a leg for one either since I'm tight on funds with a wedding coming up.

cause for some years that you would need to buy an adapter piece if you take your oil cooler off.
On my 94 I didn't, just take off the cooler and cut the 2 posts flush and screw you filter on.

Thanks Ron, I bought Myles today so I should be good to go if I need a few LT1 things I'll give you a holler...

Gave Myles a little bit of garage room now lol.

BTW Thanks Myles for the engine, the ride home felt like I was in a Caddy, to bad I couldn't pull off that gangsta lean though. LOL!

If anyone wants to help with the engine pull, feel free...

More than you can lift, pal. Cast iron.

No picture Nic, I had enough room to put another motor in... Just so you know that the heads were off and so was the intake and oil pan.

The block with the internals was freaking heavy, Myles and myself got it in but the weight killed us.

lol i had a 5.3 truck motor stuffed in the back seat of my saturn and that was low riding. probably weighed as much as your lt1 block is was iron as well.
