2004 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500HDwell the deal went thru and got the house (sellers died thread). moved in this weekend and began fixing her up. things are going good. wife just told me fridge and stove got delivered. so glad to be a homeowner again.

they put them in pat. included in delivery is actually putting them in the house. i damn sure ain't letting my brand new fridge and stove sit outside. now i need to hook up water line for fridge. also figuring out who our new internet/tv provider will be. i want uverse so i'm leaning towards at&t.

no they got with their lawyer and worked out what was needed to sell the house before the estate went into probate. since the sale was a done deal they just needed to make one child the rep. of the estate and executor of the estate. the rep. was the hardest part since they all had to go in front of a judge and swear in and repeat some oath and then he had to sign off on it. i'm glad it all worked out for both parties given the situation. we spent our first night in it last night. felt good to have our own place again.
