Does anyone here train at his gym that can give me a little more info. Just looking for someone's personal insight about the place other than what I have read online.

My buddy started training there. He was in good shape to begin with and they pounded the shit outta him. He loves it though.

I sent them an email and just waiting for membership info
I knew a couple guys that used to train and fight with them. Probably one of the best if not THE best in the area. They are extremely tough, but prepare you really well if you want to be competitive. Some heavy hitters come outta that place..

Just looking for something to get me in shape and an overall grasp on MMA. Not interested in being competitive
trainened by him in the 90s top notch well rounded and adaps to the times .100% would recomend his gym as well as adrean seranos on 85th and lisbon
Yea, i used to train there and was one of his main muay thai fighters. Now at Adrian Serranos. I am one of the striking coaches there. Was ranked in the top 10 in the world. He's a lil pricey, has some good fighters. Serrano"s has better rates. Stop up. 85th and lisbon. Ask for adrian or paul.
I will have to check them both out
