Yes, it fits me loose. it does have the elastic draw strings at the bottom of the jacket.

What happened is i wanted a jacket NOW, at the time i bought it, thought it fit good at the Columbia store. got home, realized it was to big, wore it a couple times, said F it, and there it sat, and never returned it.

And now is a very nice jacket for cheap for someone to buy
