    Mir bulked up!

    Frank Mir weighed in at 264.5 at the weigh-ins and looked pretty fuckin big (not so much fat big as he used to)

    I guess the dude really is serious about make a comeback.

    before his accident he was pretty big and in great shape. I couldnt imagine having to go through the shit he went through. I hope he does get back to the old Mir. wow did Kongo act like an ass during the weigh-ins. Nice show of respect for your competition.

    From what i read at ufc.com Mir has been talk chit and Kongo is pissed and I would guess that why Kongo was an azz, as Mir started.

    Mir is known to be a disrespectful shit talking cocksucker, so it doesn't surprise me what Kongo did. Everyone shit talks a little, but Mir takes it a bit too far sometimes.
